  • Shattered by Hanif Kureishi
    Jan 13 2025

Just simply an audiobook that Matt and Steve think you’ll want to read.

Humbling, heart wrenching and humorous, ‘Shattered’ is raw in how Hanif Kureishi expresses the detailed physical and mental challenges of suddenly becoming tetraplegic.

  • Elton John
    Dec 7 2024

    On this episode of #AudioBookClub:

We urge you not to buy Elton John’s new audiobook ‘Farewell Yellow Brick Road’

We like to keep things positive here at #AudioBookClub, but in this case we’ll make an exception.

We had no choice but to tear it a new one,

‘Phoned-in. Tone deaf. The worst piece of audio that Elton John has ever been vaguely associated with.’

You can put that on the posters.

    HOWEVER…

Sir Elton’s autobiography from five years ago, narrated by Taron Egerton and Elton himself is a masterpiece.
