  • Topher Wurts, an autism parent advocate and social entrepreneur, founded Autism Village after his own journey navigating life with his son with autism. Drawing from his background as a technology executive and startup founder, he created Autism Village to help families find autism-friendly locations and resources. Today Autism Village also works locally in the western Philadelphia suburbs on helping neurodivergent folks find vocational paths in the hospitality industry through their Epicurean Club at The Historic Flowing Springs Inn. As a frequent speaker on topics including leadership, resilience, autism and entrepreneurship, Wurts combines his business acumen from corporate C-level roles and his experience launching multiple startups with his passion for improving autism family support systems.
