Our mental health can get trapped in a cycle. One of the most unfair parts of life is that often the tools we most need for change are the ones we don't have because we haven't achieved making those changes yet.
So in this episode, we briefly cover three learnings through this show that can help us overcome that:
- The habits, routines, and mindsets we can create which help us slowly build up the strength to break our cycles.
- The connections and support that we can both give to others and receive from others which give us the energy to break our cycles.
- The actions we can take ourselves to feel more joyous, alive, and human that help give us the energy to break our cycles.
Days like World Mental Health Day, and indeed any day that you acknowledge the forces that play a part in your life, are chances to reflect. Let's all be there for ourselves - and for others - on the days we are needed most!
