BRYAN HITCH IN CONVERSATION.

Welcome to our first podcast of 2025! I'm thrilled to have an old friend and neighbor, the renowned comic book artist and creator Bryan Hitch, join me for this episode. I've known Bryan for about 36 years, and it was fantastic to reconnect with him. I've always admired his work, so it was a pleasure to chat about his journey—from growing up in Carlisle to starting his career with Marvel UK. We delve into the inspiration behind his iconic Nick Fury in Marvel's The Ultimates, which played a significant role in shaping the MCU. We also discuss how he designed the Doctor's TARDIS back in 2005 when the show made its comeback, as well as his exciting new collaboration, Redcoat, with Geoff Johns. We cover various topics, including his work in film, and it was truly a joy to have Bryan on the show. I can't wait to have him back again soon!
