However, when he completed his fellowship, he realized he had almost no training in the business side of medicine. Still, that didn’t stop him. Instead, he started from scratch — with no office, no staff and no systems. Nevertheless, he built a thriving cosmetic surgery practice in one of the most competitive markets in the U.S.
