Jacob's whole company was scaled basically out of that contract where Facebook's demand for more ad creators grew and Jacob was able to bring in a bigger and bigger staff to support the growing role.
So initially Jacob's growing team was brought in as film and motion graphic designers but they quickly learned everything there is to know about marketing on the Facebook and Instagram platforms because what they learned was that creative ideas and marketing strategies are intrinsically linked.
