    As promised, this week’s podcast covers the Bird Flu. Starting the episode, Hannah lays the groundwork for what is happening in California and Governor Newsom’s state of emergency declaration. What was the declaration? What are the measures? What is the risk to humans? And what is the risk to the food supply? At this juncture, Hannah begins to interview her Dad, Dr. Robert Jackson, regarding how many cases we’ve seen in the US, how many deaths, and whether there has been human to human transmission. Dr. Jackson goes on to discuss the merits of the flu vaccine and who should or should not take it. Lastly, Hannah closes the show by discussing an article Joel Salatin for the Brownstone Institute regarding chicken culling and the governments response to the bird flu each year– is there a better way?
