The Dad's are back for season 2! In Episode 1 They welcome Canadian Music Producer and Songwriter - Andre Kaden Black and talk everything from the state of Canadian Music to the Importance of exposing children to the arts and his favorite up and coming artists

In this episode the dads welcome fitness pro Charlie Cates who has worked with the likes of NFL greats Aaron Rogers and Drew Brees to discuss the importance of muscle health for dads and men over 30 & 40 , especially ex-athletes . Charlie touches on looking at working out from different mindset and incorporating the mental side of exercising along with focusing on the muscle we are trying to work, to be successful in what we are trying to achieve.
