  • 44 year old Bo Wong tells her story of being a sporty turBO kid and wild teen. Tall, powerful and Chinese, she didn't feel like she fit the mould. Bo reveals a period of drug use and being involved with environmental activism. Step parenting , career and babies in her thirties, kept Bo pushing hard. A sea change to Denmark in the great southern 10 years ago and discovering a group of ocean swimming women became a saviour. Her latest challenge is being in the midst of chronic fatigue and long covid and the lessons of slowing her life down.
