Under supervision of an elderly Daniel Hrangar (Robert Delilah), he fights crime in a harsh, futuristic San Diego controlled by the Frog Corporation. At least forty years after the "current" adventures of frogman and twenty years after Daniel Hrangar (also, Robert Delilah) retired from the role, his secret is discovered by troubled teen Jonah Forgins (Buck Harper) aided by his aging butler, Carl (Malcolm McLeod).
