    With President Trump’s win and swearing in as the 47th President of the United States, January 6th has come under new scrutiny. President Trump has pardon or commuted all J6ers. This has opened the floodgates and access to the stories of all J6ers, leading to questions of Federal overreach involving J6 defendants and outright abuse of their Constitutional Rights by the FBI and the US Department of Justice. Briefing with the Chief supports Law Enforcement and does not condone assaults on Police Officers however we also do not support abuse of power by the Federal Government.
    Siaka Massuaquoi a noted Actor and former Co-Chair of the Los Angeles County Republican Party, attended Trump’s speech on J6 and walked over to the Capital building to exercise this right to Free Speech. He was targeted by the FBI and US Department of Justice. He was arrested and was awaiting trial. Trump’s pardon of all J6ers ended his case. We will hear Siaka’s story, in an effort to get to the truth regarding J6.

    As President Trump took office, he unleased Billionaire Elon Musk and his Wiz Kids on the US Government to weed out waste in the blotted Federal Bureaucracy. Typically, Democratic political leaders are wringing their hands, predicting disaster and filing lawsuits. But as the legitimate auditing process, led by Elon Musk plays out, it is the mainstream media that has sunk to a new low. Musk’s team includes six Wiz Kids. These young men aged 19 to 25 have become an obsession of the media which has doxed and maligned them. I will give my thoughts on the actions of the media and give some historical perspective.
    In the second segment of the show, I will be joined by Cece Woods the Editor and Chief of The Current Report. We will discuss the recent protests against ICE enforcement actions in Los Angeles and the failure of the Los Angeles Police Department to arrest the protesters, even those who have assaulted LAPD Officers.

Los Angeles Fire Department Chief Crowley threw LA City Mayor Karen Bass under the Fire Truck and the media slammed every local politician insight. The leftist leaning Democrats in Los Angeles seem stunned by the criticism. Even the owner of the leftist rag, the Los Angeles Times joined the crowd, suggesting we need to start voting competency not party! What a concept.My family and I, were sandwiched between two active fires and sat in the dark, without power, packed and ready to evacuate. The power is back on and now it’s time to explore the competing narratives to determine who is at fault, power companies, homeless, policy makers, who!

    I will address the New Orleans attack. Specifically, I will call out the Biden Administrations’ failures. At the beginning of the Biden/Harris Administration, it became clear to me Biden’s priorities, regarding addressing terrorist threats to our homeland, were more about politics than true threats. The Biden Administration named White Supremacy as the Nation’s number one terrorist threat. The New Orleans’ attack and Federal Authorities belated but vocal admission after October 7, 2023 that international threats were in-fact very serious, vindicate my opinion. I will explain my position.I will also be joined by Terry Newsome, Host of the podcast Behind Enemy Lines. He is a victim of Biden’s overzealous persecutions of innocent Americans who dared to have a different opinion than the left.     Florian Sohnke will return to Briefing with the Chief to discuss Cook County’s new State’s Attorney Eileen O’Neill Burke, the retreating Progressive Movement in Chicago, sky high property taxes in Chicago and the lack of faith in Chicago’s Schools.Judge O’Neill Burke was recently elected to replace progressive Prosecutor Kim Foxx. She represents a victory for public safety. The high crime visited on Cook County under Kim Foxx has helped to sour public support for progressive policies in Chicago. Mayor Brandon Johnson has been thwarted by residents, as he made several attempts to increase property taxes to fill Chicago’s funding shortfall of up to $1 Billion Dollars. Funding for Chicago’s schools and public safety hang in the balance.I will query Florian Sohnke regarding these and other issues taking the wind out of the sails of the Windy City.
