Welcome to Cryptic Soup, your after-dark podcast. In this week's episode, join Thena and Kylee to talk about Hyungje Bokjiwon (also known as Brothers Home). Brothers Home was an “internment camp” in South Korea following WWII and the Korean War. Many members of the internet have said it was the visionary basis of the Netflix show Squid Game. However, the truth behind this place is far worse, it was instead a brutal detention centre that held thousands of people while exploiting their human rights.
