Luke's apartment is now 30% less cool because of all the chickens, we delve into the latest features in modern automobile technology, discuss the Bubbles' Mushrooms Mobile, Edward talks music from the Matrix and some of his latest discoveries, Katie has some tales from the land of competitive speed puzzling and then we're magically whisked away into game time everyone! This week, since we used to go gay all the time, we're gonna not go gay this week and probably go straight? Edward talks about all of his favorite bearded hotties like Sean Connery, Luke's favorite would be Jason Momoa if people's moms hadn't ruined it, one of Jac's hot picks gets booed by Edward because he doesn't have that particular issue of Playboy Magazine and Katie starts off strong with a really gross lady that no men find attractive at all! We double-check all of our picks to see if they have a FansOnly or an OnlyFans or whatever, try to decipher what the crap they're talking about on Derry Girls and check out Sloth from the Goonies.     Welcome back to Bubbles' Mushrooms. You won't believe your ears this week as we have two returning guest hosts back together for the first time on the show. That's right, Ryne and Marcy are here for the first time together but it's each of their second time on the program. Marcy starts off complaining about how she was bullied on her last visit to the show because she was the cover model for some Jesus children's books when she was just a kid, Ryne complains about getting bullied by children because he can't afford new clothes, Luke has returned from the lands of the South with tales of little cheeseburgs and lost luggage, Edward got some great ballsack photos from Jaclyn, the Planter's NutMobile is hiring and we're all very excited for Cracker Barrel. Also special for this week, Marcy is confused by Luke playing drops and Katie is wondering about the cyberbully because she doesn't have any heat in her office at work!     You guessed it, since it's Monday morning that means it's time once again for another hot episode of your favorite Monday morning program - Bubbles' Mushrooms. Hold on to your hats as you're magically whisked away to the land of podcasts with your fabulous hosts - Edward, Katie and Luke. This week, we have returning alumni Nathan SkaRunchy joining us again for his 5th visit to the hotseat. Edward reveals his undying love for Nate after seeing his recent sexy social media post where he's 'tearing some bitches up', we share some good ol lighthearted intervention stories of yore, Katie & Edward went to buy a random Amazon reject box filled with children's toys and Jesus stickers, Luke has a fun tale with a character at work who wanted to sell stolen crap and also has a CyberBully update to share with everyone. Game time this week is a revisit to the land of music! Once upon a time, we tried to decipher heavy metal songs and figure out what these guys were really trying to tell us with their soothing voices and this time we take a trip back to the 90's with great bands like Bush, Weird Al and the Cocteau Twins.     Welp, it’s time once again for the Monday morning podcast you can rely on - Bubbles’ Mushrooms! This week we have our friends the Puzzle Broads back at it again! That’s right, Ann and Sharon are back hanging with the gang to talk about puzzles. Edward decides to start his own gang called the Puzzle Dudes to rival the Puzzle Broads at puzzles and have puzzle showdowns at libraries across the nation. Katie has an injury just ahead of the great puzzle contest that the Broads are excited to enter, Ann brought a special friend with her who ended up punching Luke in the balls, we have a medical corner update from Katie (who is on some brand new medicine), Edward calls Katie some bad names and Sharon tells us about her FroUp Bowl which is not a green Tupperware from her mom’s house. Turns out Katie’s new medicine has turned her a bit surly and she also mixes in a cup of BMAD style coffee to help rile her up even further, but thankfully she isn’t chewing any gum. Ann decides it’s time to whip her family into shape and have a come to Jesus with her children, Luke unfortunately doesn’t have any cyber bully updates and we have a few viewer emails to read from Brian and Nathan Skarunchy. Next up is game time, of course! This week we have one of the games of all time to play called Family Feud… or Family Feudish. Our host Edward challenges the Ann & Luke family who are taking on the Katie and Sharon family. What kinds of things would ruin a blind date with a blind person? Katie has very much recovered from last week's migraine headache and barfing into the fuckit bucket and was well enough to watch Alf the very next day. Luke is unable to make it over to the yearly viewing of Violent Night at Edward & Katie's place because he's having a houseguest and needs to clean his toilets. Luke also shares a tale of internet cyber bullying on Facebook by some guy who's really into squirrels, Edward had a customer apply for a job with a resume written in crayon, Katie has a legislative report regarding the state of Ohio and we have a viewer email from Renee regarding the Cybertruck.     It's been a whole year since 2024 started and that means that now it's time for our New Years episode to help everyone ring in the New Year - only here on Bubbles' Mushrooms! Our faithful viewers know that our yearly tradition of having Fake Fan Ann on the show for the New Years episode continues with Ann returning to the hot seat once again. Ann was late showing up for recording time and Edward has a few things to say about all of the recent lateness of our guests. Can you believe that? Renee checks in with a viewer email about Weed Jesus (featured back in Episode 146), Ann blows FURPA stories about little Billy letting out farts on the bus, Katie has an awful headache and says she wants to die, Luke has an important medical update about his healthy lifestyle changes (and buying ice cream) and Edward made Jello gelatin dessert. Luke has brought another mystery soda for the show to try to help ring in the New Year (it's brown) and everyone just loves it! We end up cutting the anecdote segment of the program short since the whole game this week in basically anecdotes and delve right into this week's game. Per our yearly tradition, it's the Bubbles' Mushrooms Year In Review - 2024 edition. As always, we all discuss the two worst things and the two best things that happened (in the whole world) over the past year. Can you even remember all the crumby things that happened this year with the bridges falling and people getting ground up in machines? Tom Cruise was there too!
