- Incorporate strength training exercises into your routine, such as using resistance bands or hand weights while sitting at your desk.
- Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and avoid overeating.
- Try to take a short walk during lunch breaks or after work.
- Get enough sleep and try to manage stress through techniques like meditation or yoga.
