Your thoughts shape your reality—but are they working for you or against you? Brain optimization coach Dagna Bieda reveals how to identify your brain code and reprogram your mind for success, resilience, and confidence. Recode negative patterns, take control of your mindset, and turn challenges into opportunities.

Your mind is like a computer, running on programs that were installed long before you had awareness of the idea of patterns. We all have behavior and believe patterns but what if some of those programs—your thoughts, beliefs, and subconscious patterns—are actually holding you back? In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, brain optimization coach Dagna Bieda shares how to recognize the hidden mental blocks that are limiting your success and how to reprogram your thinking to create real change in your life. Whether you're struggling with imposter syndrome, self-doubt, or simply feeling stuck, this conversation will give you the tools to take back control.

Dagna explains how your brain operates on "legacy code"—a set of beliefs shaped by your upbringing, experiences, and even societal norms. But you have the power to rewrite this code if you are not getting the results you desire. Dagna walks us through how to identify outdated thought patterns and replace them with ones that serve your current and future goals. This episode goes beyond the classics of positive thinking—and goes into scientifically-backed techniques to train your brain for resilience, confidence, and success.

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Why do I keep holding myself back?” or “How do I break free from negative thoughts?” this episode is for you. Dagna offers a step-by-step approach to gaining mental clarity, building a success-oriented mindset, and making better strategic decisions in both life and business. From simple daily habits to powerful exercises that shift your perspective, you'll walk away with actionable insights that can create lasting transformation.

  • Ep #159: Ron Macklin: We Make Up Stories – And They Shape Us
    Feb 10 2025

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

The stories in your head shape your reality—are they helping or holding you back? Ron Macklin reveals how our subconscious narratives directly impact our success, relationships, and business. Is the story in your head true or not? Find out today!

Have you ever felt like an invisible force is holding you back and you can’t quite put your finger on what it is? Chances are, it’s the story you’re telling yourself. Ron Macklin joins us in this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show for a deep and insightful conversation about how the subconscious narratives in our minds control our success, happiness, and overall well-being. From childhood experiences to societal expectations, these stories shape our beliefs about what’s possible—and oftentimes we carry these stories for far too long. The good news is, we have the power to change them.

Many of the struggles we face—fear of failure, imposter syndrome, procrastination—are rooted in outdated stories we’ve come to believe as truth. But are they really true? Ron helps us unpack the difference between fact and interpretation, showing how the human brain fills in gaps to make sense of the world, often in ways that limit us. If you've ever found yourself thinking, "I’m not good enough," or "I’ll never succeed," or there is something in your past that you suspect being at fault for the way your life is today, this episode will challenge you to rethink those beliefs and rewrite your inner dialogue for success.

Reframing your mindset goes beyond thinking positive thoughts—you want to consciously choose the perspective that empowers you rather than an old story that holds you back in your distant past. Ron shares actionable strategies to help you identify the stories that no longer serve you, shift into a more constructive mindset, and build a life based on possibility rather than fear.

Let’s rewrite your story. Listen into this episode for the tools to step into a new, more empowering story.

  • Ep #158: I lost everything: My #PalisadesFire Story
    Feb 3 2025

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

On January 8th the devastating Palisades Fire turned my life upside down, I was left with nothing but ashes—and had to start over. For the third time. Join me as I share how I am working on turning these losses into a new beginning and am finding strength in community and purpose.

The Palisades fire didn’t just destroy my home—it forced me to confront the very foundations of my life. When the flames consumed everything I had worked so hard to build, and everything I wanted to pass on, I was left with nothing but questions: Where do I go from here? How do I start over when all that I created is gone? On the 7th my office burned including the podcast studio and on the 8th my home burned to the ground.

In this episode, I open up about the raw, unfiltered emotions I am experiencing in the aftermath of this tragedy and my daily struggle to see it as a path of self-discovery and renewal.

Losing everything is more than a loss of material possessions; your entire identity is gone overnight. I share about my pain, my emotions and how desperately I am looking at this to become a catalyst for transformation. As if I needed to learn more profound lessons about resilience. But what I am learning is the power of community, and how even in the darkest times, there are opportunities to rebuild with the help of that community and the outpouring of love and support we have received. I share these lessons so that you can share them with anyone navigating unexpected challenges or rebuilding after tragedies, natural disasters or while going through a very difficult time.

One of the most touching parts of this journey has been the outpouring of love and support I received from my community. From thoughtful gifts to heartfelt messages, each gesture reminded me of the impact we must have on the lives of others. I always say that the perception others have of you reflects the real you.

We must have done something right.

In this episode, I reflect on the importance of building relationships and how they sustain us during times of upheaval. I also discuss the steps I’m taking to rebuild—not just my life but a community that feels more aligned than ever before.

Your thoughts and stories mean so much to me. If you’ve ever faced loss or started over, I’d love to hear your experiences. Share your feedback in the comments. Let’s build a community of resilience and support, because together, we can turn even life’s greatest losses into opportunities for growth and renewal.

  • Ep #157: Steve Wallace: Why Most People Fail at Sales—and How to Win
    Jan 27 2025

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

Unlock the secrets to sales success with Steve Wallace. In this episode, we break down why leads aren’t the key to winning in sales—and what you should focus on instead.

In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, Steve Wallace, Chief Sales Nerd at Maverick App, brings clarity to the often misunderstood world of sales automation. Many entrepreneurs and business owners are overwhelmed by the idea of automation, thinking it’s the magic key to unlocking sales success. However, Steve shows us that while automation can greatly enhance sales efforts, it is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, it’s a tool to help scale your business—when implemented correctly. This episode is a must-watch for anyone trying to make sales automation work for them.

Steve dives deep into why so many people fail at using sales automation the right way. From relying too heavily on automation without first understanding their sales process, to missing the critical step of building relationships, many businesses make the mistake of thinking automation can replace human interaction. Steve explains that successful sales are built on trust and relationships, and while automation can assist in outreach, it is the personalized connection that closes deals.

Through this conversation, you’ll learn how to strike the right balance between using automation to scale your efforts and ensuring that your sales process still feels personal. Steve offers actionable insights into how automation can be leveraged to save you time, allowing you to focus on what matters: building real, lasting relationships with your prospects. He emphasizes that automation should work with, not replace, your sales strategy.

To learn more about how automation can work for your business, visit MaverickApp. If you found the episode insightful, don’t forget to leave us a comment or share your feedback. We’d love to hear how you are using automation in your own sales process!

  • Ep #156: Turn Your Fear Into Action and Lead
    Jan 20 2025

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:

The intersection of spirituality and strategy maps out how living on purpose and making money can happen all at once. It all starts with making decisions and overcoming fear that often hinders us to make decisions. Discover how to break free from fear, tap into your inner purpose, and take bold action towards your goals.

Please note that we lost both our home and office with our podcast studio in the Pacific Palisades fires. This episode was recorded just before I left on vacation. I’ll be addressing this in the next episode as soon as I get my podcast studio back online.

This solo episode of the Business Growth Architect Show focuses on exploring one of the most pressing challenges we all face—how to overcome fear and step into our purpose. If you are standing at a crossroads and are unsure where to go, often self-doubt and uncertainty hold us back. Now looking at this, I must have recorded this episode for myself and shared what to unpack why fear arises, how it can block our progress, and what steps we can take to move forward with confidence.

One of the reasons why people feel stuck is because they are waiting for the perfect moment or the right opportunity to do something. But here’s the truth: the longer you wait, the harder it becomes to take that first step. A better way is to tap into your inner strength, embrace trust, and align your actions with your higher purpose. Combining spirituality and strategy, I discuss how mindset, belief, and a clear plan can help you build the life and business that resonates with your soul.

This episode addresses the bigger picture—how we can step up as leaders in a world that desperately needs balanced, purpose-driven individuals. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining your path, take a listen to my process of identifying your calling and taking action despite fear and uncertainty. With 2025 set to be a year of major shifts, this is your moment to rise, lead, and make a lasting impact.

And if you’re ready to take things further, check out my website to learn more. Let’s turn this year into the one where you fully embrace your potential and share your unique gifts with the world.
