  • In this the 2nd episode in series 1 we talk to Josh Wakeling, Head of Operations at Elmhurst energy. Elmhurst are the leading accreditation body for energy assessors in the UK and they work closely with UK Governments, other regulators and the customers to drive energy efficiency.

    We discuss the tools available and some of their limitations, the resources available and challenges that presents and we talk EPCs and their role on helping to drive the journey towards the decarbonisation of UK real estate.
