    She’s recently left her full time role as Madame St. Germain to start her own agency La Maison Wellness where her focus is mindful drinking and what she refers to as living like a healthy hedonist


    As you can tell from the length of this podcast we covered a lot of ground and talked about life on the road as a brand ambassador, what it takes to make it as a bartender, the role of health and fitness in her life and of course her more recent move into becoming a self employed entrepreneur with all that this entails
