The subject was struck and transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation is leading the investigation, and the officers involved have been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome[1].

    Moving on to more positive news, Charlotte's job market is booming. The city has seen a surge in hiring, particularly in office-using jobs, which showed the strongest recovery in the fourth quarter. Major companies are setting up shop in the Queen City, bringing competitive salaries and exciting career paths.
