  • I was born in Macau and moved to Hong Kong when I was five years old, where I have lived and studied since. At the age of fifteen, I went to the UK to continue my education until my first year of university. However, I found that I couldn’t adapt to university life, so I made the decision to quit and enroll in culinary school. After graduating in one year, I began my apprenticeship at the Berkeley Hotel in Knightsbridge. Eventually, I returned to Macau and worked at a Michelin-starred restaurant, continuing to pursue my passion for cooking.
