We hosted this episode on IG Live to talk about her journey and how the Power of Intentional Networking has brought her into her next levels of personal and professional success.

    Burgundy owns Desert Rain Hair Studio in Scottsdale, Arizona. In July 2023, Burgundy joined our CW ‘Peer to Peer’ Cohort Program and continued investing in our 1:1 coaching services that she mentioned in this episode that has not only helped her sustain her private life but also helped her grow and expand her business and expand her cup in ways she never thought possible. Last year I even had the privilege of sitting in her chair and receiving a head spa service. Let me tell you, hands down the most relaxing experience EVER, and I’m maybe expert level when it comes to forms of relaxation.

    She’s seen significant growth and this all comes down to her consistent action. Burgundy has developed intentional relationships that have fast-tracked her growth, built genuine relationships with a couple of ‘Power Partners’, step into education with a brand she absolutely loves, and allowing her to expand into her much much larger dream salon suite, and bring on the support she needs to continue to scale her business.

    Burgundy leveraged community and coaching for her business growth in a way we can all learn from. She’s tapped into putting herself first on the list and that overflow is so visible now externally as she nurtures all of the relationships in her life from this overflow.
