  • Creating Champions is my way of sharing insights, thoughts, and stories from my 30+ years of being a coach.  The Pod isn't about sports by the way, it is about winning the daily small battles, finding the courage to start something new, losing your ego, showing compassion, developing empathy, and realizing that we can all get better, while still being content with who we are today.  Listen, I love to win and I always want to win, but the definition of winning is something that I have come to view differently over the years. Winning could be as simple as finding the courage to just show up and try, it could be adding another 500 steps to your daily run, it could be taking the time to do something nice for a stranger, or finding a way to forgive someone. It is my hope that a story or insight will resonate with you, and possibly lead to something that makes you better. Welcome to Creating Champions.
