In this episode, Brian and Lou have a candid conversation around the topic of suicide and mental health. With September being the national suicide awareness month, we reached out to two exceptional guests from our District 141 EAP team to help facilitate this vital conversation.

Brother Chris Davis is our District141 EAP Chairman for American Airlines, and Sister Noelle Sakamoto is one of our Regional EAP Coordinators from United Airlines. Both Noelle and Chris have extensive experience in our EAP program and help facilitate our fellow members' getting the help they need for themselves or their families.

We know the topics of suicide prevention and mental health are ones that can be heavy to discuss, and we encourage anyone who may be dealing with them to reach out to our EAP services department through our District 141 EAP webpage and also to use the 988 crisis hotline.
