Tony's 40-year career in real estate and his experience with crowdfunding were discussed, leading to the development of an equity-based crowdfunding platform recognised by the World Bank. His understanding of corporate and real estate law was also highlighted, along with plans for a trading exchange for tenant in common shares in property. Tenant in Common Exchange Platform Benefits Sage and Tony discussed the benefits of the tenant in common exchange platform, which allows real estate agents to offer any property for shared ownership. They explained how the platform has helped people who were previously unable to buy properties on their own to get a foot on the property ladder. The tenant in common exchange also provides a regular income stream from rental payments for the buyers. They talked about the legal aspects of this type of ownership and how the platform can help alleviate financial issues for people. Sage's focus was particularly on women, who may have been displaced or experienced financial hardship.
