Before taking up her current role as Education Policy Advisor at Adoption UK, Becky was a secondary school teacher and a foster carer. Now an adoptive parent, she has drawn on her professional and personal experience to write her book, ‘The Trauma and Attachment Aware Classroom’, a practical guide for classroom teachers, and is committed to pushing for an education system that gives all children an equal chance to learn and to thrive.
