EP 31. 3 Words That Save Shame, Guilt, and Unrest

  • Résumé

  • Did you know that simply admitting "I don't know" can save you from a world of pain, shame, and heartache?

In my conversations with amazing people, I often see them struggle simply because they won't admit they don't know something.

This reluctance creates unnecessary pain and shame.

I believe that embracing the three words "I don't know" can be a game-changer. Saying these words openly and without shame can liberate you from unnecessary suffering.

It makes room for possibilities, invites help, and releases you from the pressure of having to know everything!

Listen and save yourself unnecessary shame, guilt, and unrest.
