As a youth pastor, it is a blessing and a curse that you often have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule. Sunday and Wednesday services are often set times in your week, but there is a lot of "free" space where you have to manage what you do and when you do it. With preaching needing to be a priority of the pastor, managing your schedule appropriately and efficiently to prepare the best for your sermon is so important. That is what this episode is all about.
