    This episode features special guest Dr Jo Castelino, Science Team Leader at a school in Wakefield. Jo has been writing and speaking about how she applies cognitive science research to her classroom practice and has been thinking deeply about homework in recent years.


    Homework has the power to build student confidence and increase attainment. But this is only possible with careful and deliberate planning. In this session, Jo shares research-backed strategies to make homework effective but also sustainable for teachers and students.
