    -While they both are still just 21 years of age; Cody Davis is a seller finance Maestro who on top of having his own Property Management Business, owns 81+ Rental Units & Counting. While Vayna Jerabek who is a well-known advocate of wholesaling & the BRRRR Model leads a high producing team of 15 Licensed Real estate agents.

    -Charlie Rios is also a Licensed Agent in the Olympia area who is on track to purchase north of 5 million dollars worth of real estate this year at the age of 19 & has even managed to curate a 7-figure portfolio via cryptocurrency.
