  • On this mental-health podcast, we dive into the intricacies of living with a mental health disorder, being in therapy, and generally navigating daily life!


    Join me as I share my experience of living with BPD and Depressive disorder as a Psychology Student in her 20s. BPDGirlie is all about sharing my lived experience of living with Borderline Personality Disorder. Each episode generally will revolve around a key experience, how I dealt with it, research studies, story times, and social commentary of these in the media.


    Sharing weekly on this podcast is also an exercise in vulnerability for me and a hope that when things get worse, the work we put into mental health always does show results. Made in London.
