Unfortunately coercive control often shows up in other relationships as well and can have long term impacts on your mental health and wellness and can interfere with your healing journey.

Many of my clients have experienced what they often call a “test” of their healing. This is when they encounter a narcissistic and abusive person in another area of their lives.

In this episode we dive into how coercive control and abuse can show up in the workplace, in your family of origin, and within friendships. We touch on how to assess for these relationships in other areas of your life and what you can do to minimize their negative impacts on you.
