Winter brings its share of tragedies and discomforts. Some of us get too restricted and sick because of the season. However, amidst the negativities, we forget that we have to enjoy the season that lasts for not a very long time. It is us who needs to adapt to this cold and enjoy the season in a cozy and comfortable manner.
Holistically, the way we breath and the breathfulness routine we follow to make ourselves immune of all external factors, defines the way we make our life a grand one. In this episode, I share two simple as well as advanced techniques to not only achieve the inner silence but also give yourself the much-needed shield from the extreme cold that winter brings with it. This technique, with the right intention and positivity, can help us achieve the aim of living a Grand Life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and ENERGETICALLY.
