How much money does Joe Biden need to start World War 3? Joe Biden announced that he is sending Ukraine 31 M1 Abrams tanks to help with Ukraine and Russia War. Ukraine has already received $50 billion dollars from the United States in 2022 and the US Defense Department is sending Ukraine $3.1 billion dollars more. The American taxpayers are footing the bill, this is not our war. Is this the price of starting World War 3?
