  • Do you want to give someone a great holiday gift? Let your "strong" friends know that they don't have to be strong around you. Let them know that you are a soft place for them to rest. No other gift will be as meaningful.

    For a whole host of reasons, I am not for trigger/content warnings. But my 14yo told me that talking about self-harm and suicide would, "Be a whole lot for some people. You have to let them know." Please consider this your content warning.
