  • In this episode I sit down with James Weed as it's been over two years since we last recorded. James and I first recorded at Solstice Malt where I was given a tour of the malt house and was shown how James floor malts! Now fast forward to 2024 and James has expanded what he is doing with malts, including barrel agin malts. James has a vast history of home brewing and crafting malts for local breweries. This is a fun episode where James and I enjoy some beers from Level Crossing and Chappell Brewing which are breweries that use his malts or oats. Take a listen and enjoy this episode.
