We are all social beings. There are many benefits of connecting with others but have you ever thought about the benefits of taking some time to only be by yourself and disconnecting from the world for a bit? Both Duarte and have grown accustomed to taking time for ourselves. It started back in childhood and we feel it's even more important now as grown adults. In this episode we discuss how the task of "unplugging" and finding time to take part in activities solo can bring both mental and physical benefits, as well as the downtime you may need to recharge.
