    During this episode, Justin speaks with Nick and Maleesha from Wild-Self Yoga and our Events Manager Jasmine Hornby to discuss and answer questions about the 200 hr, Yoga Teacher Training immersive course scheduled to run from the 9th to the 30th of October, 2023, here at Riverdell Spiritual Centre.

    We discuss what initially attracted and retained each guest to the path of Yoga and then some more specific details about the upcoming program.
