In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to go about minding your own business when it comes to you becoming the new version of yourself without other people‘s opinion or thoughts of what you’re doing. A lot of people based their whole entire existence on other people, as far as what they think, say, in their opinions on or about them. And part of recovery is to break the habits of doing that. Being able to trust your own judgment, common sense, and critical thinking when it comes to making decisions, choices, actions, and behavior that you do every day. And all of this should be based on what you choose to acknowledge based on the things that your five senses consume every day. A lot of people don’t even know who they are, because they had based a whole entire identity on other people as far as trying to be like them. So this episode is all about discussing how to go about being the person you wanna be without being afraid of what other people are gonna say and think about it
