In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing the difference between the mind and the body when it comes to how you go about being healthy. People don’t realize that the mind and the body are very different when it comes to how you go about healing and recovering from illnesses, diseases, stress, trauma, anxiety, And depression. We also have to understand that the way someone else went about losing weight may not work for everybody else. and there are a lot of people that are trying to get people to do a certain diet that may not work for them. Some people may have to go about losing weight in a different way. Which is why when it comes down to me doing his podcast, I give people different types of ways of losing weight. Because people are not all the same when it comes to what’s gonna work for them. So today, I’m going to be discussing some things. I’ve learned when it comes to the mind in a body as far as what happens when you connect the two together to become one. Because what the mind does will affect the body, and what the actions and behavior do affect you mentally
