  • Does the way we speak shape the way we think? Annie is talking to two other long-term volunteers how language influences our being. Inspired by the book “Sprache und Sein” (Language and Being) by the author Kübra Gümüsay Annie from Switzerland invited two of her fellow long-term volunteers Hella from Budapest, Hungary and Martín from Galicia, Spain to talk about language and perception. They talk about expressions in their own languages, about the limitations of the language and about living with so many people from all around Europe.
