  • Born in the Eastern DRC and raised in South Africa, Kave Bulambo (She/Her) has been pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition while advocating for diversity and Inclusion in the technology industry in Berlin. Connecting people to their next opportunity is what brings joy to the work Kave does. Kave had a peaceful childhood in the DRCongo, unlike what it is today. Access to information during her formative years was limited, so she didn’t really have a clear picture of whom she could look up to except, of course, her mother and aunts, who lived their best lives and pursued their careers in the most underestimated way. People first, profits after. She (https://www.kavebulambo.com/) is the founder of TalentDiverse EU, a hiring platform that connects Diverse Talents with organisations that value Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and belonging. A builder of communities and super connector at heart, as mentioned in OMagazine SA, bringing people together for the greater good is Kave’s core purpose in life. Before starting her ventures, Kave built an exceptional career in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and DEIB with some of Europe’s leading technology companies, such as SmartRecruiters, Pitch Software, Zalando, N26, CareerFoundry, and hibooks. A true believer in - Balance For Better - when she is not changing the world, you will find Kave raising her gifted children and volunteering around the community on issues affecting refugees and migrants.
