  • In honor of American Heart Month, we wanted to end the month by sharing the story of an incredible warrior by the name of Gavin who despite a heart condition managed to touch the hearts around him in his six short but impactful years of life. I was incredibly honored that his mother Tia Gravely agreed to come on and share his story for the very first time. Even in his death, he continues to touch the hearts of many and his legacy will live on through his mothers advocacy. Feel free to show Tia some love below in the comments.
