El J is the former voice of Herts and Essex Wrestling and a current day (amateur) comedian.
Having recently lost his mum, rather than deal with it the healthy way, what better way for a comedian to deal than to put his pain to tape and lay it out for the world to hear.
Listen as he discusses his gig diary, personal politics and feelings about his life in general.
This episode he talks about the cost of living crisis. Other things are discussed but being a broke ass stand up kinda dominates this week. He does get kinda sweary.
On the subject of said pursuits he makes mention of how few gigs he has coming up and even the good ones recently have been tinged by bittersweet memories.
All content is from the mind of El J himself.

The opening clip was taken from Misery Guts by Engerica. You can find out more about them on their wiki (as their website is no longer in existence having broke up in 2006) and hear their music on Spotify.
The Long and Winding Road is by Michael Falconer, originally by The Beatles. You can hear him on Youtube and Spotify.
