The investment memo is usually used by venture capital investors to discuss an investment opportunity presented by members of the investment team to the investment committee. In most cases, the investment committee meeting is the final meeting where a decision on an investment opportunity will be made. 2. The first 1-2 pages contain an executive summary and maybe a score, if the VC has one. 3.
