    Lads to Leaders is one of the largest leadership training programs in the world! Started in 1968 with 8 boys and now has more than 20,000 worldwide and constantly growing!! We hope you enjoy our interview with Rhonda Fernandez, the daughter of Jack Zorn, founder of Lads to Leaders.

    Lads to Leaders has conventions all over the world! From two convention sites in 2003, and a little more than 8,000 participants, we now over 20,000 participants and have ten US convention sites and many sites in other countries, such as: the Bahamas, Guyana, India, Philippines, Romania, South Korea, also coming soon, Peru and Columbia.
