She advocates for asking questions. Be involved. The choices we make today shape who we become tomorrow. If we want to be strong, healthy, and ready for whatever life throws at us, we have to start taking charge—now. Your health. Your body. Your future. Own it.

In segment two, Julia tackles dress codes. Schools argue that dress codes exist for three main reasons:

1. To prevent distractions.
2. To promote professionalism.
3. To ensure safety.

Julia breaks down the rules and offers better suggestions. Dress codes should be about making sure students feel comfortable and respected, not about controlling what they wear. Schools should be places of learning, not places where students—especially girls, students of color, and religious minorities—are constantly policed over their appearance.

Teen hosts were under the weather for today’s broadcast, so producer, Cynthia Brian, interviewed reporter Milan about plans for 2025. It’s been 25 years since the millennial celebration, many years before our young volunteers were born. A quarter of a century is a long time!
