We all know how stressful it gets during the weeks around exam week and let’s be honest, we students tend to forget about self-care and our mental health. To discuss this, we invited some of our lovely FAM members, Maryam, Calvin, and Yannick. In this episode, we will share our experiences with stress, sleeping issues, how we prepare for exams, and how we try to keep calm during exam season.
