  • We've made it past Thanksgiving. And if there's a lesson to be learned, it is that a feast here or there is not a permanent weight gain. One tool that can be used to lose more weight more quickly than diet alone is Meal Compression. You will eat all of your meals within an 8 hour period of the day and for the remaining 16, you will not eat. The most efficient way to do this, is to push back breakfast times into lunchtime.
