About Nathan Adrian:
Nathan Adrian is an American competitive swimmer and eight-time Olympic medalist who formerly held the American record in the long course 50-meter freestyle event. He attended UC Berkley in Northern California where he began his professional career in swimming. He then went on to compete in the Olympics in the year 2008 and went on to have an incredibly successful career as a five-time Olympic gold medalist in swimming. Adrian is now a contestant on season 3 of the American reality military training TV series, Special Forces.
