Hi First Timers! When I recorded this episode I was 20 weeks pregnant (I'm 30 now!) Wild! I've gotten a lot of questions as to what I did differently to prep for this pregnancy and wanted to do an in depth solo episode on everything I've done in the last almost 2 years since my last pregnancy in hopes that it helps any fellow hopeful parents potentially fill in the gaps that may be the bridge between where you are now and bringing your baby earthside.
