Last year alone, Hector successfully flipped over 60 real-estate properties and in 2022, Hector projects that his company will flip about 100 houses! Hector also spoke about his first real estate flipping deal, how he finances his deals with hard money or private money lending, and how he builds relationships with realtors and people in the industry.
